Return & Exchange Policy:
If you have any questions or problems concerning your purchase, please contact our Customer Service department Monday-Friday 10am-5pm CST or by email at customerservice@jumpnstyleskatewear.com.  Please note, you must contact us first before returning any merchandise.

All returns & exchanges must meet the following criteria--NO EXCEPTIONS:
--Have a return authorization code from our Customer Service department--call Customer Service at 763-784-8535 to obtain return authorization from a representative.
--Be in original purchase condition (not worn) with original hangtags intact.
--Include the original reciept & be accompanied by a clear explanation of the problem or size exchange request.
--Arrive by mail prepaid and insured with a tracking number within 30 days from the date they were originally purchased.  JNS Performance Wear is not responsible for merchandise lost in the mail. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and there is also a 10% restocking fee.

**Tights, bras, sale items, custom and special orders are not returnable unless there is a manufacture's defect.  Embelished garments are also not returnable.
