Return & Exchange Policy:
If you have any questions or problems concerning your purchase, please contact our Customer Service department Monday-Friday 10am-6pm CST or by email at customerservice@jumpnstyleskatewear.com.  Please note, you must contact us first before returning any merchandise.

All returns & exchanges must meet the following criteria--NO EXCEPTIONS:
--Have a return authorization code from our Customer Service department--call Customer Service at 952-946-9552 to obtain return authorization from a representative.
--Be in original purchase condition (not worn) with original hangtags intact.
--Include the original reciept & be accompanied by a clear explanation of the problem or size exchange request.
--Arrive by mail prepaid and insured with a tracking number within 30 days from the date they were originally purchased.  Jump 'N Style is not responsible for merchandise lost in the mail.

**Tights, bras, sale items, custom and special orders and embellished garments cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
