Do you replace broken dress clasps?
Jump ‘N Style will replace broken dress clasps (on our own product only) for a $5.00 charge. If you are in the area, we usually are able to replace the clasp in 24 hours. If you are mailing the dress back to Jump ‘N Style for clasp repair there is an additional $5.00 return shipping charge.
How do I measure?
Skaters should be measured in their current bodywear, or as close to the body as possible. Have the skater stand tall, but relaxed. Of the four measurements taken, girth is the most important. If in doubt, let girth determine the size. Girth (torso circumference) is the most important measurement of the four. If in doubt, allow the girth measurement to determine the size. To measure girth, place the measuring tape on the high point shoulder at the front as illustrated, drop the tape down the body, between the legs, and up to the back. Measuring tape should not be loose but should also not be constricting the body.
